Refunds and Cancellation

Cancellation Policy


Clients will be charged Php75.00 for last minute cancellations if the cleaner has already arrived or is already in transit to the booked cleaning location. Full amount will be given to the cleaner to cover transportation costs.

Clients will not be charged if cancellation is made and cleaner is not yet in transit.

If cleaner cancels the booking, client will not be charged any fee.


Refund Policy


No refunds will be made once services are rendered. Cleanhome.ph is a platform that connects users to freelance cleaners. As a client, it is your decision to book and avail of the services offered.


Special Requests

In isolated cases, clients may be eligible to receive a full/partial refund in cases related to the cleaner’s services not meeting your expectations, or other general complaints. Complaints must be filed within seven (7) days of service rendered. Should a full/partial refund be deemed eligible, refunds can be expected within 3-5 working days.


Filing False Reports

Each report filed is thoroughly investigated. Any false or inaccurate claims when disputing charges will result in permanent account suspension.
